A Přemyslid prince and saint, the main patron saint of the Czech lands and a symbol of Czech statehood. Bohemia prospered under his reign. He was a capable and peace-loving sovereign, while also being a decisive and substantial authority figure. Even though he was a deeply faithful Christian, he was also a brave warrior.
